I chose the most versatile and effective tools to help you LOOK better, FEEL better and be healthier: Kettlebells, Primal Move, Functional Movement Systems, SMR foam roller techniques, revolutionary dietary advice that has proven to work. I only teach disciplines which have already proven themselves to me.

I found these methods the best by far, whoever you are (athlete or couch potato) and whatever your goal is (rehab after injury, conditioning for a sport, fat loss, muscle gain or just to start moving).

Personal training does not only mean 1 to 1. Train together with a friend, partner, or even more friends. Friends motivate each other, so feel free to bring them along.
