If you care about your health and fitness, you choose a way of movement and you move: martial arts, football, gym, running, golf,  swimming, circuit classes, gymnastics, cycling, and a million more. It is your choice: what you like doing, what you think is effective for you.

But…
Do you move WELL?
If you like moving and you want to do it for a long time, this is a very important question. Our basic movement patterns were great when we were kids. Then, for many of us, something somewhere went wrong. The ‘what and where’ is different for everyone: sitting all day or performing the same (often one sided) moves over and over again. If you don’t move well, bad moves can lead to injury: a strained ankle, pulled muscles, dislocated shoulder and let me not continue…
