Primal Move™

A new approach to exercise!

Do you remember when you used to roll and crawl and giggle and feel great while doing it? When was the last time you did a backroll?

Little children have a huge vocabulary of movements. This is extremely useful as they learn how to move well, they also move a lot. Yet, they do not get sports injuries. And they seem to enjoy moving. Therefore keeping an active and extensive movement vocabulary is good for your mental and physical health. Still, as we grow up, most of us use less and less of it. Eventually we forget, and then, when we try to move again, we often start with the most difficult moves, we sweat, we feel pain, we even get injured.

Primal Move is a system that allows you to start using that long-lost vocabulary that you knew as a little kid. It teaches you to move well before you load that movement pattern with weight or reps. It is based on FMS, and incorporates moves from other fields: it puts the corrective exercises into a comprehensive system that focuses on 2 things:

Good Quality Movement
Fun (or call it 'The Flow')

It is an exercise system equally recommended for both athletes and non-athletes. Fur the former, as part of their warm-up or low-intensity training (yes, you need that too to prevent injury), for the latter to get moving again.

The Primal Move sessions can take place anywhere with some free space (and possibly soft ground, but that is just to make it more comfortable, you can practice on hard floor too.) Get in touch if you would like us to take it directly to you.
