Standing up from the sofa after a hard working day and picking up the kettlebell is not always easy. And that is why I am always very-very proud of those who make the effort for their own health, well-being and -let's admit it- better looks. The best reward you get is the one your own body (and personality) gives you. I admire people who always aim for progress both in their physical and mental capabilities. There's a 9 kg kettlebell. Versatile tool: this is the weight I use for consecutive presses, Turkish get-ups, VO2Max snatches and double front squats. Stronger people can use it for loaded mobility such as the RKC armbar, halo, etc. This is the tool ladies start learning the swing with. This is the tool that taught me the bottom-up press. Then you can progress to heavier ones, and once you fall in love with it, I bet you will.

The deal is not only the bell itself. It comes with a repertoire of exercises I would like to teach you along with the bell. I want to teach you the swing, the squat, the press, the Turkish get-up. And I want you to take this bell home with you and start practicing. I want you to update me on what progress you achieved. I want you to come back to me every time you feel you need 'troubleshooting' of your technique or would like to learn something new.
