A lot has been going on in 2012. Our Masters have given us lots and lots of knowledge on strength, health, fitness which we kept passing on to you and intend to pass it on the coming year. Admit it or not, we all make New Year's resolutions. If you accept an advice, make 2013 the Year of Progress.
The best thing you can do with your time is to improve constantly. It gives you a purpose and a sense of accomplishment. Learn a language, a sport, new skills. Cook healthy meals for yourself and your family (yes, even if you are a guy, surprise them with your creativity). Improve your body: become more flexible, become leaner, get rid of the nagging pain in the joints and back and gain confidence (it will affect all areas of your life).
Let us help you in this. Train with me or David 2-3 times a week. We have learned from the best, how to release the strength that's hiding in you and you might not even know about. How to have very enjoyable training sessions when you are really looking forward the next one. How to train effectively so you can get all the benefits including a leaner and more toned body, less pain, more resilience, more stamina, lot of laughs, more strength and more self-confidence.
Whether it is you main training, or you use it as conditioning for another sport you do (football, martial arts, gaelic, etc.), we'll forge the plan so it suits best to your goals. The goal is improvement, progress. To help you feel better and become better.
Sign up for our monthly newsletter: you can get training and nutrition tips, news and also our monthly deals. We will have a different surprise for you every month, so it will definitely worth it.
I wish you a happy and strong new year and see you in 2013!
Natalia
