My name is David and my passion is movement. As you see it hasn't always been like that. I had as much extra weight on me as a Kettlebell Beast until I decided enough is enough and I want to feel better in my skin. Once I achieved it, I thought 'this is amazing, I feel so much better - I have to help others to experience this too'
I strive to make you move well, move better, become healthier, become stronger, and, of course, look better. I do it through an excellent system, which is called “Functional Movement”. Sports / movement / workout / training / etc. I will call it ‘movement’ as, in my opinion, it covers all aspects. But you may call it any name, it is still essential to your life.
How do I know it works? Because it worked for me:
I lost 48kg (106lbs) of pure fat.
So if I did it, you can do it too!
The functional approach to movement is the best I met so far. It has infiltrated many disciplines, such as Hardstyle Kettlebell, Primal Move, FMS, Indian Club Swinging, Z-Health and the list could continue.
The basic principle is: move better.
It is very simple, but ‘does very good things to you’:
- improves performance
- prevents pain (and helps other issues, like bad posture)
- reduces the risk of injury in sports and daily life
- makes you look better
- makes you feel much-much better
- makes you enjoy moving, so you will want to move

I also work together with trainers and coaches to complement their work with their trainees (who can be professional sportspeople or the ‘everyday trainee’). I provide them fundamental information about the trainee’s movement, on which they can build up their programme to achieve the final goal safely and effectively (may this final goal be performance improvement, weight loss, increasing fitness or changing appearance).
