You sure heard about kettlebells. They are excellent tools for weight loss, strength increase, toning up, muscle gain: you can achieve anything with them if you know how to use them.
You can learn from the best at the Kettlebell Basics Workshop. You can also get your very own kettlebell so you can practice and train at home.
The trainers come straight from the School of Strength: certified RKC / SFG Kettlebell Instructors who strive to make you move better, become fitter, keep you healthy.
What you can expect from the workshop:
- consultation to set your goals
- learn how and why warm up
- learn safe and effective kettlebell use
- training plan
- nutritional advice
The workshop lasts for 3 hours, it costs £60.
The female starter kettlebell is £20 on top of this (if you want to take it home).
And don't worry, you won't be left on your own after this either: if you need help and advice, your trainers will always be available to help. You can attend a PT session any time, and if you need a boost, we are going to run workshops for troubleshooting techniques and for learning more advanced things as well.
Once you start kettlebells with us, you will be part of a community where you can always rely on us for support, help and advice.
