How does a kettlebell class look?

Here's a sneak peek about the kettlebell classes.

After a proper warm-up (joint mobility, GPS, stability - more on this later...), the guys picked up the techniques very quickly. We also had a brilliant time teaching them.

A little deadlift, swing, planking, learning how to use your core muscles correctly, how to make the largest muscle in your body (high five if you guess which one that is) do most of the work. (Clever little system this is.)

By the end of the hour everyone did the swing workout. This means we were confident that they all can swing safely (i.e. without hurting their backs).

At the moment we do not have kettlebell classes at a set time, but we are running one-to-one and small group trainings which are at flexible times, all you need to do is book it.
