Once you learn the swing where to go on...?
You can start safely training at home. Just buy yourself a kettlebell (we'll advice you on the size and on reliable resources).
You can incorporate kettlebell training in your regular training or sport.
You can come to our regular kettlebell classes.
You can go to any kettlebell class and be confident you will be fine even in a large group.
You can continue improving by attending our other workshops, learning the 'Big Six' - the six basic kettlebell movements in depth.
You can start a training program with us or by yourself.

Kettlebell training is your versatile tool - you decide what use you have in mind for it.

I wish I could be fit...

You know that someone, or maybe it is you saying this. I wish I could get fit..... There's always a 'but'... Sometimes the '...but I don't know where to start'. Here's a tip for that...
(This occurred to me when someone asked me for advice for a demotivated friend. The guy who asked me was someone who found his motivation already in martial arts, but his friend is still quite far from that stage.)

What you can do in January with us...

Be everything you want to be - but be Strong First. (Words from the Chief of our School - Pavel Tsatsouline.)
Do you have what it takes to 'turn up'? Sounds simple, doesn't it? Yet this is the key to success. Turn up on training, day after day, week after week. Leave the rest in your trainer's hands. We are here to lead your way to a strong and healthy 2013.

I wish you a Strong New Year

A lot has been going on in 2012. Our Masters have given us lots and lots of knowledge on strength, health, fitness which we kept passing on to you and intend to pass it on the coming year. Admit it or not, we all make New Year's resolutions. If you accept an advice, make 2013 the Year of Progress.

Still on with training

This is the end of my second week of the test-run of a proper well-thought plan of training and food. Ladies and gentlemen I have good news: it's not that strict, you are allowed to 'deviate' from the prescribed road every now and again. Without flexibility it would be stupid difficult. With too much flexibility you would never get anywhere. But with about 10% flexibility especially in eating gives you an amazing 'I deserved this slice of cake' feeling and no guilt at all. Does worth it.

The 'Starter Pack'

Standing up from the sofa after a hard working day and picking up the kettlebell is not always easy. And that is why I am always very-very proud of those who make the effort for their own health, well-being and -let's admit it- better looks. The best reward you get is the one your own body (and personality) gives you. I admire people who always aim for progress both in their physical and mental capabilities. That is why I would like to give something extra (hint: image on the right) for someone who can show me this determination. Read on for the deal...
