Once you learn the swing where to go on...?
You can start safely training at home. Just buy yourself a kettlebell (we'll advice you on the size and on reliable resources).You can incorporate kettlebell training in your regular training or sport.
You can come to our regular kettlebell classes.
You can go to any kettlebell class and be confident you will be fine even in a large group.
You can continue improving by attending our other workshops, learning the 'Big Six' - the six basic kettlebell movements in depth.
You can start a training program with us or by yourself.
